An Inconvenient Truth
So, I saw this movie recently, I suggest you do the same.
It’s the movie by Al Gore, about the environmental crisis we’re facing, detailing the changes that have happened, the current consequenses, and possible future consequenses.
In case your eyes havn’t been opened yet, hopefully this movie should do the trick.

I wasn’t in much anticipation before I saw it, I could guess the message: “Polution = Bad”, but it surprised me, and it’s really quite good.
Rating: 5/5 *In part for being a great movie, in part for it’s importance*

Pirates Of The Caribbean
Go to hell! That’s the short version of my post at least.
I’m sick of hearing about ‘Pirates Of The Caribbean’, it was a decent movie, but nothing more than that. It wasn’t great, and it wasn’t terrible, although it did have some “Oh, look! This is supposed to be a funny part, laugh, you stupid gullible audience!” moments that almost made me put my foot through my TV.
First off, the makeup, Johnny Depp is giving Pirates a bad, “pussy-ass” rap, by dancing around like a girl in his “modern emo-esque” style, that the kids are all into nowadays, and which sucks, by the way. And he by no means fufilled the 3 basic rules of being a Pirate: a) He didn’t pilage any towns b) He barely looted anything c) Unless I fell asleep, and parents are being really lax with what they’re letting their children watch now, he certainly didn’t rape anyone. You know what that means? 0/3 that’s what. Jack Sparrow kisses boys. (Oops, I guess I just covered what I needed to say about Will Turner also in that last sentance)
So, here we have this ‘acceptable’ grade movie, now what? We MAKE it hot shit! You want a Pirate~ drink with those fries? How about a Pirate~ deal on this minivan? Oh look, some cool Pirate~ toys for the kids.
People have forgotten what true Pirates are about. As I heard from a great man recently “There’s nothing elegant about a Pirate”. So this little shout out is for all the real Pirates out there: “Fuck you Pirates of the Caribbean! You Suck!”
